Battle Of The Brow Pencils...

"Good Brows. Good Mood. Good Day."

I'll be honest, it's taken me years to love my brows due to over-plucking as a teen and the fact that I have a scar on my left brow which can make it difficult to cover up. I've used many different types of brow products from powders to pomades but I've found my favourite way to fill in my brows is by using a micro pencil. My Skincare Must Haves...

"Skin First. Make Up Second. Smile Always..."

Taking good care of your skin is a must. I admit, as a teen I didn't really take much interest in skincare. I had good skin on my face and didn't really get spots however, what I did have (and still have) is eczema. I was always smothering my body in creams and ointments and by the time I'd done that twice a day I didn't really think about my face! I'm now 26 and over the past few years I've started to notice fine lines, uneven skin tone and my skin type changes every other week just for fun!

My Thoughts About Instagram...

I've been thinking about writing this post for a while but to be honest I didn't really know how to word it because I didn't want it to sound like I'm saying "Get over it, it's just Instagram" as I understand that for some people Instagram is their job and it is a way of them earning money and paying bills. I also understand that, like myself, some people spend hours taking photos, editing, uploading etc and put a lot of their time and effort into it.
